You may ask, so what is the difference between Reiki and Animal Reiki? 

Well, there is no difference at all. It is the exact same. The differences when working with animals is that they cannot communicate as simply as humans do and thus my animal communication skills will assist in this regard to bridge the gap. Animal Reiki energy is gentle and can be given to any animal or bird of any age should they wish to receive it. It can be done "hands-on" or as a distance healing from anywhere around the world. With distance sessions, I can introduce myself and my energy work in the most relaxed and non-threatening positive environment possible. Your dog, cat, horse, bird, or any animal can be in the backyard playing and active or napping away, doing whatever they wish during the session. Usually they do relax and take a nice nap. 

Sometimes is may be required to work with both the owner and the animal to help resolve an animal’s issue. Reiki encourages and supports positive personal choices and may help animals to better cope with life’s challenges. If their body does not wish to receive Reiki, the energy will not flow and when they have had enough again it will stop flowing as they no longer draw it from the practitioner.
